Who is responsible

What we collect

When you order we collect what is needed to fulfil it: your name, shipping address, email address, and order details. Payment data is handled entirely by Shopify's payment processors — we never see your card number.

What we use it for

• Fulfilling your order — your name, address and order contents are shared with our print and shipping partners solely to produce and deliver your shirt.
• Order communication — confirmations, tracking links, and replies to your messages.
• Legal obligations — bookkeeping and tax records where required.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who it is shared with

Shopify (store platform and checkout), our print-on-demand production partner, and the shipping carrier delivering your parcel. Each receives only what they need for their role.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for warranty and legal (tax) purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@retirewear.com. EU/UK customers additionally have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Cookies

The store uses the cookies Shopify needs to run the shop (cart, checkout, security) and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart requires them to function.
