1. Who we are

This store at www.retirewear.com ("Retirewear") is operated by EVOLI LLC, 3890 Jenks Avenue, Lynn Haven, FL 32444, United States. Contact: support@retirewear.com.

2. Products

All garments are printed to order. Minor variations in print placement and colour between the product photos and the delivered item can occur and are inherent to on-demand printing; they are not defects. Mockup photos show the design on a model or flat garment for illustration.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include the product and printing. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund orders in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if an item cannot be produced.

5. Delivery

Delivery times in the Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and faults

See the Refund Policy — it covers the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal and our 30-day free replacement for faults.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, text and images in this store are the property of EVOLI LLC or used under licence. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Beyond that, the liability of EVOLI LLC for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Contact support@retirewear.com first — we resolve almost everything within a working day.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
